Pre-Order Policy

Final orders and change of mind

All pre-orders are final once placed for change-of-mind purposes. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to change of mind. Please carefully review your order before purchasing.

Release dates and availability

Release dates and expected arrival dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturers, distributors, freight or other circumstances outside Goldfields TCG’s control.

If Goldfields TCG cannot fulfil a pre-ordered product, we will provide a full refund for the affected item.

Mixed orders

Orders containing in-stock and pre-order products ship together once all products are available unless separate shipping has been arranged. Contact sales@goldfieldstcg.au to discuss separate shipping.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise legally non-compliant products will be handled consistently with Australian Consumer Law.
